Faith-Grounded Life & Career Coaching

Hello, I'm Gabriel.

This is the story of how my own search for purpose and fulfillment became my life's work.

It hasn’t always been a straightforward path. Like many of the people I now support, I’ve experienced career crossroads, questioned where I belonged and made some big decisions that changed the course of my life...

Who I Am & Who I Support

Before I’m a coach, I’m a human being—continually learning, evolving, and finding my own way through life’s transitions. Outside of work, my days usually begin with a warm cup of Rooibos tea. I find deep grounding in gardening, hiking, and simply being in nature, whether that's spending time by the sea or sitting near flowing water. My creative journey is diverse: I assist my father with web design and marketing at his San Diego jewelry practice, Alchemist Studio SD, and I've been a glassblower since I was 18. A deep interest in natural wellness also led me to study at-home mycology, building on over a decade of work with functional mushrooms, which culminated in the launch of Rebirth Superfood in 2025.

To stay centered, I rely on music, yoga, meditation, and prayer, and I can never say no to good Indian or Thai food. Yet, alongside this intuitive and creative side, I have a surprising love for spreadsheets and analyzing data—because I believe that true clarity requires both structure and spirit.

I work with people at many different stages of their working lives, from experienced professionals navigating career crossroads to business owners, directors and CEOs across education, healthcare, law, accountancy, creative industries, and small business.

A note on scope: Coaching is not therapy, diagnosis, or treatment, and it isn't a substitute for licensed mental health care. If you're navigating a clinical concern or a crisis, please reach out to a licensed therapist or local emergency services — I'm glad to help you find that referral if you need it. What we do together is practical, faith-grounded, and forward-looking.

My Whole-Person Approach

Beyond Corporate Coaching

I wouldn’t class myself as a typical Career Coach or Life Coach. I go deeper with clients using an intuitive and holistic approach to understand what makes them tick, get under the skin of things and to enable them to reveal the true essence of who they are which is lurking underneath their current job or situation.

My approach combines Career Coaching, Life Coaching and Spiritual Coaching. I see everything in life as interconnected and in connection to a higher force. To me, it is impossible to fully separate life and career. The two are intrinsically linked.

In essence, my work focuses on building an unshakeable internal foundation before you ever update a resume or pivot your career. Sustainable change requires us to get to the root first—to quiet the noise and listen deeply to what your spirit is genuinely asking for.

How I Work & Development

Presence Over Pressure

I’ve always believed that meaningful coaching happens through presence rather than pressure. I follow the Co-Active model of coaching, focusing on the whole person, working intuitively, and holding a confidential, judgment-free space to explore deepest desires and fears.

My Continuing Development: One of the greatest gifts I offer is my commitment to lifelong learning. I’ve invested thousands of hours in personal development, wellbeing, and spiritual practice, influenced by teachers like Alan Watts, Eckhart Tolle, Tony Robbins, Norman Vincent Peale, and Claud Bristol.

The Power of Connection & Purpose

Aligning with Truth

I believe that we get the best results when we feel a sense of connection to the person we receive support from. I choose the people I work with based on connection right from the very first communication. Similarly, I trust in my clients’ ability to judge for themselves whether I am the right guide for their journey.

Why Spirituality within Career Coaching

There is a shift going on on the planet. Old ways of doing things are being shaken up, teaching us to be more respectful of nature and human relationships. Spiritual wellbeing is no longer an exclusive pursuit; it is something we can all integrate into daily life.

It enables you to trust that you will be supported no matter what, worry less about ego, see the world as abundant, tap into inner knowing, and discover a whole new level of purpose.

Core Intentions

My Beliefs & Purpose

  • We all have a purpose here on earth.
  • Everything you need to make a change already exists within you.
  • Your happiness and power lie in the present moment.
  • When you follow your joy, your abundance follows.
  • Life is short – don’t die with your music still in you.

* My job is simply to help you realise that and remove the blocks you may have put in front.

My Purpose

"My purpose is to enable you to use your career challenge as a catalyst to a deeper awakening. An awakening not only to your true potential but to who you are underneath the roles you play and to the higher force which supports you. So that you can connect with the peace, purpose and prosperity that is waiting for you."
