My story goes like this: in 2019, I began practicing at-home mycology, growing my own functional mushrooms for my personal journey. In 2020, Rebirth was just a seed being planted—an idea waiting for form, starting with sharing those early formulations with friends. Five years later, by the grace of God, it was brought into reality. Twelve months ago, Rebirth Superfood was launched to the public.

For the past year, I have carried a quiet, burning anticipation, constantly tending to the soil of this vision. I was deep in the unseen trenches, navigating the heavy lifting of business logistics, building our digital platform, and wrestling with the sheer weight of licenses and regulations. Without realizing it, the immense force of building something from the ground up can sometimes trap you in a cycle of solitary struggle.

The deepest tests of our strength are often navigated in the silent spaces of our own ambition. When I finally stop moving and let the dust clear, a profound realization sets in: the true power of Rebirth was never in the sheer force of willpower alone. It was waiting in the patience, in slowing down, and in feeling the support of the community that held us up.
